Ootsie Snootie and Bootsie Snootie are twin poodles. Although they are often mean to PB&J and their friends at times, PB&J and the others still help the poodles when they have a problem.

Ootsie is a purple poodle with dark blue hair and a lavender stomach, and his twin sister Bootsie is a pink poodle with hot pink hair and a white stomach.

Ootsie and Bootsie are the rich 9-year-old (8 before "Invitation to the Snooties") poodle twins. They think the world of themselves, and finish each other's sentences when talking to anybody else. Ootsie, the boy, owns every expensive electronic toy possible. But he is bored, bored, bored. His sister, Bootsie, is high-strung and easily distraught. Despite their snobbery, the Snootie twins are lonesome, They are not too proud to invite all the Lake Hoohaw kids over for parties, and they are quick to abandon their splendor to go play with PB&J and their friends, because they have such a good time when they do.
Trivia[]
- They are the eldest of all of the Lake Hoohaw kids.
- When they join in the singing during some of the show's songs, Bootsie often sings an octave higher than everyone else.
- They have signature background music that typically plays when they have dialogue or are shown. It is a pompous classical theme.

- This particularly happens most times in Season 1, and a few times in Seasons 2 and 3.
