Wanda Raccoon is a character in PB&J Otter. She is the wife of Walter Raccoon and the mother of Pinch and Scootch Raccoon. Wanda is the mail carrier for Lake Hoohaw, and as such it is her job to deliver letters and packages. Unlike her husband Walter, Wanda works during the day, which means she can't always spend much time with her husband. Despite being the post raccoon and caregiver, she still has time for her family. When at home, Wanda wears a dark blue apron and, when working, she wears a pochette. Like other parents, Wanda is very caring, but if necessary, she can be strict.
Wanda speaks with a speech impediment known as rhotacism, which causes her to pronounce "L" sounds as "W" sounds.
