Soccer Surprise is the first story from the 17th episode of Season 3 and the 108th story overall of PB&J Otter. In this story, Mayor Jeff's friend, a former soccer player Otto comes to stay with the Otters since there's no room for him on Mayor Jeff's boat (which is overloaded with sinks). PB&J, however, are a bit scared of the aged Otto since he growls a lot and doesn't say much.
