The Big Surprise is the first story from the 11th episode of Season 3 and the 97th story overall of PB&J Otter. In this story, Mayor Jeff asks his friend, Woodrow Woodchuck, to build a 12-inch tall statue of Lake Hoohaw founder, Captain Gazpacho (in honor of Founder's Day). But due to a slight mix-up, Chuck mistakenly builds a 20-foot-tall statue instead! Now, the big question is, "How will they get the massive thing all the way down the river, to Lake Hoohaw?"
